Wolfram Krendlesberger, 49, studied Economics and Commercial Science at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the London School of Economics. Following professional experience in auditing and investment banking, Wolfram worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants specializing in utilities from 1996 to 2002. Up until late 2008, Wolfram had been CFO of the waste management company Altstoff Recycling Austria AG. In 2010, he was appointed CEO tasked with the restructuring of an Austrian corporate group in the environmental technology and waste management industry. Since mid-2009, Wolfram has been on a systematic search for promising technology projects. Wolfram had initially represented a group of investors on the Supervisory Board of HELIOVIS AG and has been a full-time member of the Management Board and CFO since July 2011.
